Bea Puckett

A funeral service for Bea Puckett, age 82, of Dike will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 22, 2013 with Rev. Charles Rawlinson and Rev. C. J. Duffey officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Winnsboro, with Ray Cardenas, Delfino Perez, Bill Burden, Jay Stephens, Rodney Campbell and Wayne Puckett serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond Huffstettler and Billy Campbell. A visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Bea Puckett passed away at Carriage House Manor Monday evening August 19, 2013. She was born in Pickton on September 3, 1930, the daughter of Homer Mack Campbell and Ora Lee Canaday Campbell. She married Hubert L. Puckett in Dallas on May 1, 1957. He preceded her in death in 1998. She was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include: daughter, Nita Stephens and husband Jay of Arlington; son, Hubert Wayne Puckett and wife Glenda; sister, Emma Williams all of Dike; three brothers, Joydee Campbell of Sulphur Springs; Royce A.J. Campbell of Clarksville and Wayne Mack Campbell of Birthright; grandchildren, Stephanie Stephens, Shannon Romines, Jennifer Brown, Whitney Brown and Charles Brown; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
