Alice Louise Adair

Graveside service for Alice Louise Adair, age 92, of Dallas, Texas will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Sherley Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Macicek, Joe Brennan, Scott Macicek, Eric Macicek, Austin Macicek, Jack Macicek and Rowen Macicek. There will be no formal visitation. Mrs. Adair passed away on March 21, 2023 at Signature Point Nursing Home in Dallas, Texas.

Alice was born on April 30, 1930 in Sherley, Texas to Robert and Vessie (Goolsby) Adair. She married Charles McClain of Arbala in 1948. They had two daughters and later divorced. Alice worked for Texas Instruments as an electronic technician for over 35 years. She was a wonderful mother. Alice was a woman of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by her daughters, Charla Macicek and husband, Larry, Paula Brennan and husband, Joe; grandchildren, Dr. Scott Macicek ad wife, Michelle, Eric Macicek and wife, Kathryn; great grandchildren, Reiley, Resse, Reagan, Austin, Ava, Ramsey, Jack, Rowan, Cruz and Rose.

 Alice was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mozelle Walker and Auvis May; brothers, Pat Adair, Bill Adair, and Dan Adair.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Jude’s children Research Hospital or American Lung Association.
