Agustin Yanez-Medina

Funeral services for Agustin Yanez-Medina, age 54, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at Trinity Harvest Church of God at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2012 with Rev. Ray Evers officiating. Interment will follow at Gafford Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2012 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Agustin Yanez-Medina passed away Tuesday evening, June 19, 2012 in Sulphur Springs. He was born in Estado de Guanajuato, Mexico on April 5, 1958, the son of José Yanez Noriega and Leonarda Medina Hernandez. He married Jo Ann Cooksey in Sulphur Springs on March 31, 2007; she survives. He was a landscaper for a nursery and a member of Trinity Harvest Church of God.
Other survivors include: four daughters, Carletta Cozzete Potts, Destiny Dawn Potts, Leslie Hyatt and Zoey Elizabeth Cooksey; son Tommy Camp, all of Sulphur Springs; several brothers and sisters and granddaughter, Brittney Camp. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Memorials may be made to Family Fund for Children % Trinity Harvest Church of God.
