A graveside service for A. T. Harmon, age 71, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011, at Restlawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Mike Eason officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Dodd, Hew Hamilton, William Penson, Ronnie Berry, Brad Bettes and Stephen Brown. No formal visitation is scheduled.
A. T. Harmon passed away Tuesday evening, May 31, 2011 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Quinton, Oklahoma on November 3, 1939, the son of Leroy Harmon and Lucille (Weaver) Harmon. He was retired owner of N. E. Texas Oxygen in Sulphur Springs and he was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include: daughter, Tracy Dennis of Sulphur Springs; two sons, Stacy Harmon and wife Karrie of Como. Travis Harmon and wife Kellie of Mineola; his mother; brother, Andy Harmon and wife, Susan of Reilly Springs; sister, Bobbie Jean Perkins of Port Orchard, Washington; grandchildren, Ragan Dennis, Brady Harmon, Brad Bettes, Haley Harmon and Rhandi Williams; great-grandchildren, Jayde and Riley Bettes and Madelyn and Hunter Williams. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Leroy Harmon, Jr.
